The pandemic was a challenging time, making a big impact on Wimbledon town centre and its businesses. The spirit, enthusiasm and passion of the Love Wimbledon team stood out from the crowd as they continued to put local businesses and visitors first.
They were able to create a more interesting town centre with reimagined spaces like Hartfield Walk; planted over 400 saplings; continued to effectively market Wimbledon through their #LoveLocal campaign; and supported businesses with COVID-19 resources.
